THIS INFORMATION IS ONLY NEEDED IF YOU ARE HIRED AND WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE GAMING COMMISSION APPLICATION DURING ORIENTATION

Before an applicant can work for Bordertown Casino and the Bordertown Outpost Casino, each applicant must apply for a gaming license with the Eastern Shawnee Tribe Gaming Commission. After completion of filling out the gaming license application, the applicant will be sent to get fingerprinted with the Tribal Police. This is applicable to all applicants, regardless of the position of which they apply. 

In order to speed the application process, please bring the following information that will be required on the Gaming License Application. In order for a gaming license application to be submitted for review with the National Indian Gaming Commission, all criteria must be met on your application. Any diplomas, degrees or certifications may need to be provided for the Gaming Commission to copy. Failure to complete or provide all information will be grounds for license denial by the Eastern Shawnee Tribe Gaming Commission.  

*Past 5 years employment history (including address with zip code, phone number, month & year employed (with no gaps)

*Past 5 years of your addresses lived at (month & year must be provided)

*5 Personal References (with complete address & phone numbers) Family members and any 2 people that live in the same household can’t be used for personal references. At least 1 personal reference must have known you at all residences you list.  

*You will need to list Spouses Maiden Name, State, City, County and year of Marriage. (if applicable)

*If you have criminal history- you must provide a statement explaining your reasoning & provide court documentation for all arrest, charges, convictions or pending criminal cases  before consideration of a temporary gaming license will be issued.   

*Valid Driver License or a Valid Government/ State Issued Photograph Identification.

*Social Security Card

*CDIB Card (if you are Native American)

*DD-214 &/or Military Picture Identification (if you served in the Military)

*A photograph of you will be taken at Gaming Orientation.

*Passport will be copied if you have ever had one (expired or current)
